This page says what the diagnostic collects, why, and how to ask for your details to be deleted. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
Your ten answers, as the option you chose for each question. When you ask to see your result, your first name and your email address. Nothing else is asked for.
The quiz sets one cookie that holds a random session code, so the result screen can be reloaded. It expires after 24 hours and identifies your quiz session, not you. The server keeps the usual short-lived request logs, which never contain your name or email.
Why we collect it
Your answers work out which profile fits you. Your first name and email address let us send you your result and a short note about your next step, which is the email the quiz promises. That is the only use: no list you did not ask to join, no sharing with anyone else, no selling.
Your name, email, answers and result are stored in the quiz database on our own server and copied to a private spreadsheet that sends the result email.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them.
How to ask for deletion
Contact Jill Sessa from the address you gave the quiz and say you want your quiz details deleted. We delete the database record and the spreadsheet row and reply to confirm. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
